Spinning Parts
Spinning is used to make tubular (axis-symmetric) parts by fixing a piece of sheet stock to a rotating form (mandrel). Spinning is the so-called metalworking process by which a disc or tube of metal is rotated at high speed and formed fluidly into an axially symmetric part.
